Return policy
You have 14 days from the day you (or someone on your behalf) receive your order to change your mind.
Just let Black Rose know by email before the 14 days are up. You can email us at info@blackrose.be. Once you’ve told us, please send the items back within another 14 days.
Make sure your items are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and packaging included.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you’re responsible for the return until it reaches us.
Your happiness matters to us. If something isn’t right, just get in touch we’ll do our best to make it right.
Shipping
We’ll work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within one working week after receiving your payment.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with more details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
A flat shipping fee of €10 applies to all orders.
All orders are shipped securely with track & trace. Please make sure your delivery details are correct once your order has left our warehouse, we can’t change the shipping address.
We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but occasional delays may occur due to high demand or courier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, feel free to reach out at info@blackrose.be we’re happy to help.

Each collection is personally designed by our team, and we work closely with trusted Italian manufacturers to ensure every piece meets our standards of high quality, craftsmanship, and fair value.
We personally oversee the production process to guarantee the perfect finish in every detail.
