Shipping

1. Order placed


Thank you for your order we can’t wait to prepare it for you!

You’ll receive a confirmation email right away.

Please note that your order will be processed once your payment has been received.

2. Processing & packaging

Our team carefully picks and packs your order to ensure everything is shipped safely.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and shipped within one working week.

During busy periods or in case of stock issues, processing may take a little longer but don’t worry, we’ll always keep you informed if there’s any delay.

3. Shipping & tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Please note that the tracking may only become active once the carrier has scanned the package.

Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping service and may be affected by external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or customs checks for international orders. Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends.

4. Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the address you selected or to a nearby pickup point.

For domestic deliveries, parcels usually arrive within 1–3 working days after shipment.

Please note that exact delivery times may vary depending on the shipping partner, and occasional delays beyond our control may occur.

Returns

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry we’re here to help! Just follow these steps to start a return:

1. Request return

Please register your return online within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to indicate the reason for the return, such as a wrong or faulty item.

Important: Returns are only accepted for incorrect or faulty items we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

2. Prepare your items

Once your return has been approved:

  1. Pack the items carefully and include the completed return form.
  2. Download and print your return shipping label.
  3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please make sure items are returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Send package

Please make sure your parcel is sent with a trackable shipping service, as you are fully responsible for the package until it reaches us.

4. Refund processing

Once we’ve received and inspected your return at our distribution center, your refund will be issued within 14 business days.

Important: If you returned your entire order and it meets the return conditions, we’ll also refund your original shipping costs. Partial returns do not qualify for a shipping cost refund.

Important notes

  • Items or bundles purchased with a discount must be returned in full. Partial returns are not accepted for discounted purchases.

  • If the return meets our conditions, you will be refunded the same amount you originally paid at the time of purchase.

  • Please make sure to check the return deadline and conditions to avoid any delays or misunderstandings.

  • This policy applies strictly to cases of incorrect or faulty items returns for other reasons are not accepted.
