Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Shop with confidence we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bancontact. Every payment is processed securely for your peace of mind.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.

Please email info@blackrose.com within one hour of placing your order, with “URGENT: Order Change” as the subject line.

While changes aren’t guaranteed, we’ll make every effort to assist.

How do I apply a discount code?

When a discount code is available, you can enter it at checkout. Keep in mind that only one code can be used per order.

Can I become a retail partner?

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We work hard to process your order quickly and aim to ship it within one business week. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping costs

We offer a flat shipping rate of €10 a simple, transparent way to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, so you can enjoy your Black Rose pieces with a little extra ease.

Return

Can I return an order?

Please register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important: Returns are only accepted for incorrect or faulty items we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. When registering your return, you must provide a clear reason for the return.

How do I make a return?

Please register your return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@blackrose.be. Be sure to provide a clear reason for the return, such as a wrong or faulty item.

Items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All tags and packaging intact

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us, including the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, and provided we have all the correct bank details, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

How much does it cost to return an item?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. You remain responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Items should be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges aren’t possible, but you can place a new order for the item you want. Simply return the incorrect or faulty items, and we’ll refund you once the return conditions are met.
